commissioned for their Sydney venue in 2015, Ash Keating’s work for Indu in the historic Collins Quarter site at 86a Collins Street moves across spaces made up of
dimly lit booths, terracotta-clad walls, and a 30 person private
dining room. The
restaurant opened in February 2021 with local Melbourne chef Ankit
Padmani using the best Victorian produce to recreate Sri Lankan coastal
and village inspired flavours.
